Homemade Mayonnaise in Flash
The perfect homemade mayonnaise in flash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

preparation
- Fill all the ingredients together into a tall, narrow blender jar – put the blender stick right down to the bottom – switch on and mix motionlessly for 5 seconds – then hold the blender jar at an angle, continue mixing and soooooooo slowly pull the blender stick upwards – the homemade topmajo is DONE – and that whole takes no longer than 90 seconds!
