Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Roast pork from the leg
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • 3 Bay allspice and juniper berries
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 3 Colorful peppers
  • 4 tbsp Cream
  • Rama for roasting
  • Herbs freshly chopped here rosemary oregano lovage

Instructions
 

  • Wash the meat and pat dry, cut it into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper and paprika powder, peel and dice the onions and the garlic, fry everything until crispy, add bay leaves, allspice and juniper berries and mustard seeds, pour in the vegetable stock and simmer in this for 20 minutes Time to wash the peppers, clean and dice after 20 minutes of cooking, add the diced peppers and herbs and simmer for another 20 minutes. Remove the bay, allspice and juniper berries and the herbs, pour the cream and serve with bread dumplings.
