Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg minced pork
- 4 tbsp water, cold
- 22 g salt
- 4 g pepper
- possibly nutmeg
- possibly garlic

Minced meat
For 1 kg of minced meat, add 22 g of salt and 4 g of pepper. This is the standard seasoning for very simple, regular minced meat. Optionally, a pinch of nutmeg and garlic is recommended, along with a good 4 tablespoons of cold water on top (it makes minced meat fresher). Mix everything well until the water is gone and the minced meat begins to stick together.
