Homemade muesli

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 100 g oat flakes, gluten-free
  • 100 g almonds, chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 150°C (top/bottom heat). Peel the banana and puree it with the coconut oil. Add all the other ingredients and mix well with your hands. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the middle rack of the oven for about 25 minutes, until golden brown. Turn halfway through to prevent burning.
