Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Noodles (homemade dough with egg)
  • 400 g Beef soup meat
  • 1 pinch Chopped parsley
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • It is best to make the pasta the day before (you can find it in my cookbook - Pasta homemade) or simply take pasta that is left over.
  • Cook the meat until tender (about 2 hours without a pressure cooker). Take out the meat, let it cool, cut into small pieces. Only let the brew simmer over a low flame. Season to taste with salt and pepper, add parsley. I still add a little cumin, that gives it a particularly fine note.
  • Then add the noodles, carrots, if you like, and finally the sliced ​​beef to go with it .. a super delicious dish is ready ..... especially recommended during the cold season ....
