Quick Chicken Salad …

- 1 Grilled chicken or

- 100 g Drained canned asparagus
- 100 g Pineapple canned drained
- 100 g Tangerine preserve drained
For the marinade:
- 100 g Mayonnaise 80% fat
- 2 tablespoon Cream
- 1 tablespoon Brandy
- 2 tablespoon Pineapple juice
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
- Sugar
