Homemade potato chips

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 potato(s), floury
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Garlic
  • chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the potatoes and cut them into 1 mm thick slices. Mix some oil with the seasonings in a bowl and add the potato slices. The potato slices should be coated with oil and seasoning on all sides. Place the potato slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the potato slices at 160°C for about 15 minutes. The chips are ready when the edges are lightly browned and the potato slices are no longer soft.
