Homemade Tzatziki
The perfect homemade tzatziki recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 1 packet Quark double cream
- 500 1 Becher Low fat yogurt
- 500 1 Becher Cucumber fresh
- Salt
- Pfefer
- Herbs of Provence
- Garlic fresh
- Virgin olive oil
- Put the quark in a bowl and stir the low-fat yoghurt with a spoon until creamy. Peel the cucumber and cut into small cubes, peel two cloves of the garlic and cut into small pieces.
- Stir in the cucumber and garlic with the creamy yoghurt quark, add the salt, pepper, herbs of the Provonce and the olive oil, carefully stir in and cover the bowl with cling film and chill. Tastes good with gyros and schnitzel too
