Homemade wedges in the oven

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes (the smaller the better)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
  • 1 pinch(s) curry powder
  • 1 pinch of chili flakes
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Turbo tasty and super easy

Brush the potatoes under hot water and split them lengthwise twice to resemble wedges. Place them in a bowl with the olive oil and seasonings and mix well. Preheat the oven to approximately 220°C (top/bottom heat: 190-200°C) using a conventional oven. Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with rosemary. Place in the oven. Depending on their thickness and size, the potatoes will be done in about 20 minutes. They go well with all kinds of dips and dishes. I usually serve them with a large salad.
