a delicacy with salmon or smoked fish
First, pour the mustard into a small bowl. Gradually add the honey and stir it into the mustard. The sauce will become thinner and take on a golden color. It’s difficult to determine the right ratio, but it’s roughly the 2:1 honey to mustard ratio described above. For me, the basic sauce is ready when it’s a translucent golden color. Finally, stir in the dried dill and let it stand for 15 minutes. The flavors are now perfectly blended.
