Honey-Dill Sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp honey, liquid
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • ¼ tsp dill, dried

Instructions

First, pour the mustard into a small bowl. Gradually add the honey and stir it into the mustard. The sauce will become thinner and take on a golden color. It’s difficult to determine the right ratio, but it’s roughly the 2:1 honey to mustard ratio described above. For me, the basic sauce is ready when it’s a translucent golden color. Finally, stir in the dried dill and let it stand for 15 minutes. The flavors are now perfectly blended.
