Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp vinegar (red wine vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 8 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • Salt and pepper, black from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a clean jam jar, close the lid, and shake well. Once the honey has dissolved, add the olive oil and shake again until well blended. You can also mix everything with a whisk; it’s the only way to speed things up.
