- 250 g ladyfingers
- 200 g apricot jam
- 200 ml juice (fruit juice) or sherry
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 orange(s)
- 1 peach(s)
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 200 g whipped cream

Fruity and creamy dessert from England
Spread the biscuits with apricot jam and place them in the bottom of a glass bowl. Pour 1 glass of fruit juice or sherry over the biscuits. Peel the banana and orange, core them, and the peach, if necessary, then cut them into pieces. Place the fruit over the biscuits in the bowl. Prepare the custard according to the package instructions and pour over the fruit. Whip the cream and add it last. Garnish with fruit pieces. Refrigerate.
