Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Bake the smoked pork loin at approximately 160°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 80°C (176°F), drizzle with honey, and let it cook for another 15 minutes.
