Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 2 tbsp honey, liquid
- 75 ml olive oil
- 30 ml balsamic vinegar, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Combine the mustard and honey. Then add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Do not add the oil first, as the mustard and honey will not blend into a smooth paste and the mustard will form lumps! It tastes especially good with romaine lettuce or lamb’s lettuce.
