Honey-mustard dressing with dill

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar, light, e.g. B. Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp, heaped mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp, heaped acacia honey
  • e.g. sea salt
  • n. B. Pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp dill, frozen or fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

simple and delicious dressing for leaf and cucumber salad

Mix all ingredients and season to taste. Done! Mix the dressing with the salad as desired and serve. This dressing is enough for about two large salad servings, such as for lunch. Tip: Feel free to get a little creative with the vinegar. I also like to use the vanilla ginger vinegar from the CK database.
