Cucumber-tomato-nasturtium salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized tomatoes
  • 2 m.-large cucumber(s) (farmer’s cucumber)
  • 3 leaves of nasturtium, approx.
  • 30 ml whey, natural
  • 2 tbsp vinegar, mild
  • 1 tsp mustard, approx.
  • 1 tsp oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

in whey dressing

Halve the tomatoes, remove the stems, and slice. Wash the cucumbers, remove the ends, and slice. Wash the nasturtiums and slice them. Mix the dressing and season to taste. Combine all ingredients and serve.
