Honey-mustard dressing with fresh parsley

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp mustard
  • 5 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tsp, heaped vegetable broth, instant
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine honey, mustard, parsley, white wine vinegar, and water. Then add the oil. Season with vegetable stock, salt, and pepper. If the dressing is too thick, add more water.
