Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp, levelled honey
- 200 ml white wine
- 500 g potatoes, bacony
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions

great side dish to many dishes
Mix honey with wine, peel potatoes, and slice into 1cm-thick slices. Heat oil and butter, then fry potatoes over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour over the wine and continue frying until tender, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
