Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 200 g honey, dark
- 50 g sugar, brown
- 100 ml cream, liquid
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp clove(s), ground
- ¼ tsp nutmeg, ground
- ½ tsp anise, whole
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Pain d’épice
Mix all ingredients into a dough, pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 170°C for about 45 minutes.
