Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 stalk(s) rhubarb, large
- 1 m.-sized orange(s)
- 200 ml orange juice
- 3 tbsp, heaped honey
- 300 g yogurt
- some honey for the yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash, trim, and finely chop the rhubarb. Peel and finely chop the orange. Simmer the rhubarb, oranges, and orange juice for about 10 minutes, then add the honey and season to taste. Drizzle a little honey into the yogurt, preferably marbled. Layer the yogurt first, then the ragout in glasses or arrange them side by side on plates.
