Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 honeydew melon(s)
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 1 large orange(s)
  • 200 ml sparkling wine
  • 12 mint leaves
  • n. B. ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Simple, delicious, light, for guests

Cut the melon open, remove the seeds, and scoop out 12 small balls. Set the balls aside. Scrape out the remaining flesh, place it in a tall container, and puree. Squeeze the lime and orange. Chop the mint. Mix the juice, melon puree, mint, and sparkling wine. Pour into four glasses with ice cubes, arrange the melon balls on top, and enjoy. This also works with other melons. 120 kcal per serving.
