Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 cl liqueur, (Liqueur 43)
  • 20 strawberries
  • 1 cup of cream
  • some pepper, coarsely ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Shot with strawberry and cream

Puree the strawberries, but not for long. It should be more like a porridge. Fill four 4-cl shot glasses with 2 cl of Liqueur 43. Then add some of the pureed strawberries until the glass is filled to 3 cl. Now top with unwhipped cream, filling it to the rim of the glass, and season with a little coarsely ground pepper. It’s best served cold and finished all at once so the flavors of the different components can blend well.
