Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cl elderflower syrup
  • 4 cl Campari
  • 4 strawberries
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 1 slice(s) lime(s)
  • ice cubes
  • 150 ml sparkling wine or Prosecco

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cocktail, summer drink

Halve the strawberries and place them in a wine glass along with the elderflower syrup, ice cubes, mint leaves, lime slice, and Campari. Pour in the sparkling wine or Prosecco and stir slightly, as the syrup tends to settle at the bottom of the glass. Then top up with sparkling wine or Prosecco and enjoy.
