Honeydew melon popsicles

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • ½ honeydew melon(s), fresh
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

Cut the honeydew melon into small pieces and blend with the other ingredients in a blender. Blend until all the larger pieces are gone. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds with popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
