Ingredients for 4 servings:

- 250 g double cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
- Sea salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes
Mash the avocado flesh with a fork, then stir in the cream cheese and garlic. Mix everything well and season with freshly ground sea salt and pepper. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Remove from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving. This dip goes perfectly with grilled garlic and rosemary potatoes.
