Honeydew melon punch

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 honeydew melons
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 limes
  • 3 sprigs of mint
  • 2 bottles of sparkling wine or Prosecco
  • 1 bottle of white wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Dice the honeydew melon flesh and place it in a punch bowl with the sugar. Marinate for about 1 hour. Zest the limes and squeeze out the juice. Add both to the melon. Pick the mint leaves and add them. Top with sparkling wine or Prosecco and white wine. Tastes best served ice cold!
