Horseradish-apple sauce with pomegranate seeds

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp horseradish, grated
  • 1 apple, sour, grated
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate, seeds
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Spicy sauce for roast beef

Immediately sprinkle the grated horseradish and apple with lemon juice to prevent it from browning. Stir in the crème fraîche with a hand blender and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds before serving. Delicious with roast beef! Tip: Be careful when removing the pomegranate seeds! The juice stains are difficult to remove from light-colored fabrics when washed.
