Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 jar horseradish, Bavarian, 145 g
- 1 ½ tbsp mustard
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 1 tbsp natural yogurt
- salt and pepper
- dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Tastes best with salmon and other fish.
Whip the cream until almost stiff peaks form. Add the horseradish, lemon juice, mustard, and yogurt and whip the mixture until stiff peaks form. Season with salt and pepper. Then whip the mixture until stiff peaks form. Garnish with dill, if desired, and serve in small bowls.
