Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pizza dough from the refrigerated section
- 1 jar tomato sauce
- 400 g sausages (poultry sausages)
- 60 g gherkins, sliced
- 80 g fried onions
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 40 g remoulade with herbs
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- salt and pepper
- 150 g cheese (Gouda), grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix the tomato sauce with the ketchup, remoulade, and mustard, and season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat, fan-assisted oven not recommended). Drain the sausages and slice them. Drain the cucumber slices and cut them in half. Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza dough. Top with the sausages and cheese. Bake the pizza on the lowest rack in the oven for about 20 minutes. Cut the pizza into 4 slices, arrange the fried onions and cucumber slices on top, and serve.
