Vanilla muffins with chocolate chips

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g margarine
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 110 g flour
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 75 g cornstarch
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 75 g chocolate (chocolate drops)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

makes 12 pieces

Cream the margarine and sugar together, add the egg, and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then stir in the yogurt and vanilla extract. Combine the flour, pudding powder, and baking powder and add to the cream. Quickly stir in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into a prepared 12-cup muffin tin. Bake at 180–200°C (350–400°F) for about 20 minutes on the middle rack.
