Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 small tortillas
  • 150 g gherkins
  • 4 frankfurters
  • 2 tbsp fried onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the sour cream with the mustard. Wash the lettuce leaves and pat dry with a paper towel. Spread the tortillas out and spread them with the mustard/sour cream mixture, leaving some space around the edges. Top the flatbread with lettuce leaves, cucumber slices, and sausage, and sprinkle with fried onions. Then roll everything up and cut in half.
