Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 10 pointed peppers, red
- 400 g sheep’s cheese
- 6 tbsp crème fraîche
- 3 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Remove the stem and deseed the peppers. Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl and mix well with the remaining ingredients until a smooth cream forms. Then, using a teaspoon, fill the mixture into the peppers and wrap the stuffed peppers in aluminum foil. Place on the grill for about 20 minutes or bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
