Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Cream cheese natural *
  • 1 Fresh shallot
  • 1 tbsp Currant jelly*
  • 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 0,5 tsp Black pepper from the mill
  • 0,5 tsp Carpathian salt

Instructions
 

  • Peel the shallot and dice it very finely.
  • Mix the cream cheese with the spices, the jelly and the diced shallot well and enjoy on a fresh bread roll or toast.
  • * Linz to: Stock: Classic currant jelly and cream cheese: Put the yoghurt in a sieve lined with a strainer, cover, weigh down with a stone or something similar and place in the refrigerator overnight. Great drinks can be mixed from the whey. Process the cream cheese further as you like.
