- 100 g Cream cheese natural *
- 1 piece Fresh shallot
- 1 tablespoon Currant jelly*
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- 0,5 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
- 0,5 teaspoon Carpathian salt
- Peel the shallot and dice it very finely.
- Mix the cream cheese with the spices, the jelly and the diced shallot well and enjoy on a fresh bread roll or toast.
- * Linz to: Stock: Classic currant jelly and cream cheese: Put the yoghurt in a sieve lined with a strainer, cover, weigh down with a stone or something similar and place in the refrigerator overnight. Great drinks can be mixed from the whey. Process the cream cheese further as you like.
