Hot orange porridge

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 ml orange juice
  • 4 tsp butter
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 80 g oat flakes, fine
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 clementine(s)
  • 200 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring the orange juice to a boil with butter and 3 tablespoons of maple syrup. Add the oats and let them swell uncovered for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently. Peel the orange and clementine so that all the white pith is removed. Cut the segments out between the membranes. Heat the milk. Serve the hot porridge with the milk and fruit in bowls and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Serve immediately.
