Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large can of peach(s) (peach halves)
  • clove(s)
  • 2 pinches of clove powder
  • 1 shot of peach liqueur
  • Ice cream (peach or vanilla ice cream)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

little effort – big impact

Insert a clove into each peach half and place the fruit and juice in a pan and heat. Add two pinches of ground cloves and a dash of peach liqueur, then remove the pan from the heat. Cut the ice cream into medium-sized cubes and divide them into dessert bowls. Place the peaches on top, drizzle with the juice, and serve immediately.
