Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 ml whole milk
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Gently heat the whole milk and coconut milk in a saucepan. Stir constantly with a whisk to prevent sticking. Scrape the seeds from the vanilla pod, add them to the milk along with the cinnamon and cardamom, and mix well. Let the milk simmer gently for about a minute. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the honey. Divide the milk among mugs and serve immediately while hot.
