Hotties – vegan chocolate cookies with peanut butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp, heaped peanut butter, crunchy
  • 120 g margarine
  • 15 g baking cocoa
  • 90 g sugar
  • 175 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 dash of sunflower oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 37 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Mix the peanut butter, margarine, and baking powder in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and knead into a firm dough. Form the dough into approximately 16 (strawberry-sized) balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake the cookies for 6-7 minutes, remove from the oven, and let cool for approximately 10 minutes.
