How to Eat Buckwheat Properly

Nutritionist Yulia Polovynska commented on the statement that buckwheat should be eaten in a special way in specific, thorough, and detailed way.

Eating green buckwheat is much healthier than eating the usual variety of this cereal. This was stated by the famous nutritionist Yulia Polovinskaya.

“Green buckwheat is the same buckwheat grain, only without heat treatment, due to which it does not lose vitamins. That’s why green buckwheat is more beneficial than regular brown buckwheat. Green buckwheat is good for everyone,” Polovynska said.

In particular, the nutritionist says, eating this type of buckwheat can, among other things, normalize hemoglobin levels in the blood.

“It contains a lot of fiber, so it promotes digestion and is well absorbed by the body. It contains antioxidants, which have a positive effect on the body, improve the immune system, and slow down the aging process. It contains many vitamins and minerals. Normalizes hemoglobin levels in the blood. Contains a huge amount of vitamins. It is an excellent product for weight loss, gives satiety, and improves metabolism. It should be consumed with caution by people with gastrointestinal diseases, as it increases gas formation in the intestines,” the expert continued.
