Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

You can easily make your own hummus. I think two recipes on Chefkoch are wonderful: – Merceile’s Turkish-style hummus: https://www.chefkoch.de/rezepte/1574081264949444/Merceiles-Hummus-auf-tuerkische-Art.html – Hummus bi Tahini: https://www.chefkoch.de/rezepte/1220881227513212/Hummus-bi-Tahina.html Spread the hummus generously in a bowl. Cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes. You can rub the chicken breast with spices as desired. I chose the “Shawarma” spice. Then fry the chicken until crispy. Wash the zucchini and bell pepper, slice or chop them, and fry them as well. Toast the pine nuts. Distribute all ingredients in the bowl. If desired, you can serve it with lemon slices, basil and toasted pita bread.
