Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g chickpeas (from the can, drained)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 3 tbsp sesame paste (tahini)
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- Salt
- Paprika powder
- olive oil

For lovers of oriental cuisine, this is a nice addition to a mezze starter table
Roughly dice the garlic. Finely purée the chickpeas and garlic with yogurt and tahini, seasoning with salt and lemon juice. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water. Spread the hummus on a plate. Make a groove with a spoon and pour in olive oil. Decorate with paprika in a cross shape.
