Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can mushrooms (or fresh)
- 1 pack of sauce powder (gravy)
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Brown the ground beef in oil and season to taste. Dice the onions and trim the mushrooms (if using fresh ones). Add the corn, mushrooms, and onions to the ground beef. Mix the gravy, pour it over the mixture, and bring to a boil briefly. Thicken with gravy thickener if desired and season to taste. Finely chop the parsley. Mix the flour, eggs, milk, salt, and parsley in a bowl to form a batter. Fry in oil until pancakes form. Spoon some corn and meat sauce onto each pancake and fold the pancakes together in the middle.
