Hunter’s Pot with Mushrooms

- 250 g Onions
- 500 g Shredded
- 40 g Oil
- 500 g Mixed mushrooms
- 2 Carrots
- 0,25 l Broth
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 100 ml Cream
- Briefly fry the sliced meat.
- Peel the vegetables and cut the onions into half rings. Cut the carrots into slices.
- Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices if necessary.
- Put the sliced meat with vegetables and mushrooms in a baking dish, pour the stock over them and season well with salt and pepper. Refine with cream.
- Cover the casserole dish in the oven for 45 minutes.
