Ingredients
 

  • 1 Pc. Papaya fresh
  • 1 Pc. Banana
  • 0,5 Pc. Lemons untreated
  • 150 ml Natural yoghurt
  • 8 sheet Mint fresh
  • 1 tbsp Nut mix
  • 1 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 0,5 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash the ripe papaya and cut in half. Use a teaspoon to scrape and remove the seeds and core. Then hollow out the papaya and put the pulp obtained from it in the blender.
  • Put 1 / 2 teaspoons of salt, the yoghurt, 2 chopped leaves of mint, honey, as well as zest and juice of about 1/2 lemon in the mixer and mix the whole thing into a fine fruit cream.
  • Arrange the papaya halves on a plate each and fill with the fruit cream. Put the rest of the fruit cream next to the papaya on each of the plates, sprinkle with the nuts and garnish with the remaining mint leaves.
