Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 300 g sausage (hunting) or poultry sausage, in one piece
- 400 ml tomato(s), pureed
- 1 onion(s)
- Balsamic vinegar
- Sugar
- oregano
- Salt
- pepper
- Water
- Cheese, grated
- Parsley, chopped

Hunting sausage with tomato sauce and pasta
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain. Dice the sausage into fairly small pieces and finely chop one onion. Fry both ingredients in a large pan with a little oil over high heat until golden brown, then reduce the heat slightly. Add the passata, a little water if needed, and simmer. Season to taste with sugar, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked pasta to the pan, mix, and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with grated cheese.
