Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • 350 g sausage (beer ham, salami, hunting sausage, sausages)
  • 2 large onions
  • 250 ml ketchup, light
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, dice the sausage and onions. First, brown the sausage all over in a pan for about 5 minutes, then add the onions and cook for another 5 minutes. Deglaze with ketchup and water. Drain the spaghetti, toss into the sauce, and serve.
