Ice-cold and refreshing buttermilk with fruit

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 300 g frozen berries of your choice
  • 2 bananas, preferably ripe
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 mint leaves
  • some ginger root, grated
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Delicious as a dessert, a snack or just like that….

Rinse the berries briefly and place them frozen (!) in a blender. Add the peeled bananas, cut into pieces. Add the honey, ginger, mint, coconut flakes, and buttermilk. Blend thoroughly, season to taste. Pour into glasses and serve.
