Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g cream, whipped
  • 500 g Greek yogurt
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 packs of confectionery (ice cream confectionery)
  • 300 g raspberries, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Whisk the yogurt with the sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Fold in the cream. Finely chop the ice cream confectionery, except for 6 pieces for garnish. Fold into the cream along with the raspberries. Pour the cream into glasses and chill for a maximum of 1 hour. Decorate with the remaining ice cream confectionery before serving.
