Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce, bite-sized pieces
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 2 lemon(s), the juice
  • some salt
  • some sugar
  • 2 red apples, thin slices
  • 75 g hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Make a sauce from cream, lemon juice, salt, and sugar. Add the apple slices, lettuce, and hazelnuts. Mix everything well.
