Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g iceberg lettuce
  • 50 g cucumber(s)
  • 1 small jar of pickled gherkins
  • 1 small bell pepper(s)
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • n.e. sauce, e.g. cocktail sauce

Instructions

Wash the lettuce and vegetables. Then cut the lettuce into thin strips, the bell peppers into small pieces, the cucumber into thin, medium-sized strips, the gherkins into medium-sized pieces, and the feta cheese into regular pieces. First, place the lettuce in a bowl and add the olive oil. Mix well and let it stand for a few minutes. Then add the bell peppers, feta cheese, and gherkins. Mix to coat evenly. Next, add the cucumber, placing it on the edge and the rest in the center. If desired, you can drizzle with a dressing.
