Iceberg lettuce with cranberry dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 apple
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp cranberries (jar)
  • 125 ml cream
  • 125 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the lettuce and apple. Peel the onion. Chop the apple and onion into small pieces and add to the salad. Mix the remaining ingredients well and pour over the salad. It goes perfectly with meat and poultry dishes or with Hawaiian toast.
